Forgotten your password?

In the event that you forget or lose the password for your central URZ user account or your second factor, we strongly recommend that you set up an emergency email address in good time.

You can use the electronic self-service to reset

• your password
  
  OR
   
• your TOTP secret.

If you have lost both factors or have not provided an emergency email address, you will need to visit the URZ in person with proof of identity.
