Information for departments
If you are having a guest in your department, it is assumed that you have already had contact with them in advance. Due to the electronic workflow for guest accounts, the applicant must explicitly specify an authorising person.
Please provide your guest with the email address of the authorising person, which they must enter in the application process. This must be a personal e-mail address (not a functional account, no MED address).
Authorisation of an application
The approving person receives an email notification when the account request is submitted. Approval takes place in account management via Approval -> Approve account requests. Select the relevant request in the overview to approve or reject it.
