Use the Accountverwaltung to change the password of your central user account of the URZ. On the left hand side of the menu the function Change password can be found.

Please come to see the URZ staff. After validating your personal information you will get a new password.

If you are the owner of the function account you can change the password by yourself in the account administation. Otherwise please contact the person who made this functional account available to you.

Please first check, if your credentials are working at the account administration. If you are able to login here but not at a specific service please contact the support contact of that service. If you can't login at the account administration with your credentials your password needs to be reset by the URZ staff.
