How can I login into Groupware?
You'll find the Groupware at https://groupware.uni-greifswald.de. You can login by using the credentials of your user account.
I can't login into Groupware. What can I do?
Please recheck the credentials you have used to login into Groupware. You should also check, if you are able to login in the account administration. If you can't login there, too, your password has to be reset by the URZ staff. When you are able to login into the account administration but not into Groupware, please contact the Groupware support.
Why can't I open the Groupware on my PC anymore. On another PC Groupware is still available?
After five unsuccessful login attempts your PC / IP-Address will be blocked for 30 minutes to access the Groupware system for security reasons.
One or more tabs / modules are not displayed in the Groupware anymore. What can I do?
You are able to remove tabs from your Groupware view by clicking on the tab with your right mouse button. You can restore the tabs at any time by selecting the modules available to selecting them via Start Menu on the upper right corner.
Why do I only see the tabs "E-Mail" and "Addressbook"?
There are two possible reasons.
- You don't have selected all available moduls. You can activate the modules available to you by clicking Start Menu in the upper right corner.
- You are using a functional account which only has permissions for these two modules. For all other features a personal account is required.
How can I use an image in my email signature?
The default signature in the email settings only supports text. If you want to use an image, you have to create an email template.
