Forgotten your password?

In the event that you forget or lose the password for your central URZ user account or your second factor, we strongly recommend that you set up a reset email address in good time.

You can use the electronic self-service in account management to reset

• your password, on the login page
  
  OR
   
• your TOTP secret after logging in with your username and password.

If you have lost both factors or have not provided a reset email address, you will need to visit the University Computer Centre in person with proof of identity.
