Here you will find an overview of some special features; the relevant documentation page describes in detail how to use each one.

Sieve-Filters

This refers to the filtering of emails on the mail server itself. In other words, incoming emails are analysed according to predefined rules and actions are carried out. Probably the most well-known example is the out-of-office message.

Shared Folders

This feature allows you to share individual email folders with other users on our mail server. To make use of this sharing feature, you can use any IMAP-compatible email programme that supports this function.

Extensions

Among other things, this allows you to create your own email aliases. The purpose is to provide such aliases on the internet, for example in a newsgroup. Emails sent to this address can then be automatically sorted into specific email folders using a Sieve filter.
